We want you to be 100% satisfied with your UNFADED purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept exchanges and returns under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges are only accepted for size issues or defective items.

3. Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was a mistake from our side.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the original.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7 working days.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Attach clear photos of the issue to speed up the process.
